Any changes to rules are identified and entered into Argent’s Patent Pending Regulation Manager with the updated rule language and other information that turns the “rule” into “fuel” with the task language, frequency, due date, etc.

Regulation Manager automatically feeds out the changes to your Evergreen Compliance Manager based upon your company-specific subscription. You receive these updates along with the reason for change and a brief note to let you know what change was made.

You will see the details related to the change with the old and new details side by side, see which sites and equipment are impacted by the rule change and who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the rule for every place it is applied. All you have to do is click “Accept” and the rule is updated in your system along with the revised task, due date, etc.

If you want to send a note to the impacted persons responsible for the rule update, simply click the “Send Notice” button and type in a note, then upon acceptance of the rule your system will not only be updated with the current information but the impacted personnel will be alerted to the change.
