Argent develops Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) that identify potential sources of pollution which may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of storm water discharges from the site, describe procedures to be used to reduce pollutants in storm water discharges from the site, and help assure compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit.
